Combat sport has been around for thousands of years dating back to the days of Ancient Rome and the gladiators to modern day celebrity icons of the boxing and MMA world however one thing has remained consistent. Every participant to enter the world of combat sports has sustained some form of physical punishment.

Upon seeing a video titled “Conkers” (a production by the British Medical Association designed to highlight the dangers combat sport causes on the brain of participants) and through his own experience in participating in combat sport. Phil Norman realised the need for a system where a fighter can still compete while avoiding impact on the head

Q – If you can learn to hit without being hit why isn’t everyone doing it?
A – Elusive movement has been used by some of the worlds elite level athletes such as Vasyl Lomachenko, Josh Kelly & “Prince” Naseem Hamed in the world of boxing for years and been very successful doing so. Ghost structures the same type of elusive movement into a syllabus that with the correct instruction can be trained and used effectively.

Q – Can I learn Ghost without having to compete in combat sports?
A- Absolutely. There are many advantages to learning Ghost aside from those achieved in the ring. Ghost will improve not only your reaction speed and ability to strike. Ghost is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness and keep you mobile. Learn how to move and move fast!

Q – How long will it take to learn the Ghost system
A- As with any quality system Ghost is always being adapted to meet new challenges and with constant training your ability to perform the techniques will improve over years of training. That said the basic Ghost techniques can be taught within 6 week course of one hour training sessions.
